2. The Christmas Message? An Eternal reminder.
"How silently, how silently the wondrous gift is given. So God imparts to human hearts the blessings of his heaven. No ear may hear his coming, but in the world of sin, Where meek souls will receive him, still the dear Christ enters in."
O Little Town of Bethlehem - Verse 3
Isn't that beautiful? God dances eternally in the silent wisdom of the heart. "Allowing" the experience to" enter in" - in Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion. Have a wonderful Christmas living and giving "the blessing of his heaven." Have fun!
With love from all the UK Ishayas.
3. Love is All: Arjuna
I realise that all the times I’ve been stressed, or lost, or felt let down by love, it was times when love was trying to show me this very thing - that love was more important than what I was putting my attention on at that moment.
Love is friggin ruthless like that. Love isn’t always fluffy bunnies and pink socks. But only when I have made something more important than love. And the harder I hold to this other thing, the harder the friction or the split between this and love becomes. Until finally I let go, I surrender to what is, I give up control and then love conquers all. But for love to conquer I need to surrender. Like a battle, there is only two ways love can emerge victorious - either I surrender or I die holding on to what I believe to be more important. Ouch. Big Ouch for that which believes that it knows better than love.
Love is ruthless in getting us to see this. No matter what we believe to be important - our schedules, possessions, Christmas shopping, even our health - love will show us, out of infinite kindness, that nothing is more important than love. Love is always showing us this.
So follow love and all is well, all is easy. Dedicate this moment to love. Remember what you want Christmas to be. It’s super easy to do. Ascension attitude, be presence and notice. Step back and be aware of the space that is your own being, which is love in motion, in the act of blossoming. Ahhhh… And then we can truly attend, not to the need of the future plans, but to what is in front of you, the need of this moment, fully and completely situated in love.
Ahhhhh… coming home is the best thing, taking off your coat, kicking off your boots and surrendering to the comfy chair and cup of tea of love. Nothing better and nothing else to do.
Have an amazing Christmas everyone, lots of love to you.

4. Isha: By Garuda
We have often said that 'Isha' is the source of the Ishaya tradition. The term Isha has many translations. It can mean 'Lord', 'Christ' and the 'Holy Spirit'. It literally means the totality of the Ascendant. The potential for this experience lies inside everyone. Initially it can see like a void of stillness within one's being. Then as this experience is cultivated it seems to become enlivened. Of course, it is not 'it' that becomes enlivened, but it is our relationship to it that becomes more intimate. The experience of the silence allows the heart to awaken and through repeated attention upon this Natural Reality starts to surrender to the inner expansion of peace. The concept 'Isha' is so insignificant compared to the actuality of this experience. Because of this, it is indeed worthy of respect, love and reverence. Not as something outside of ones self, but in one's ultimate reality, the infinite potential of of our Being. Isha is a state of Consciousness, where this world and all others are like grains of sand in a vast infinite universe of perfect silence.
5. Quote time: A Christmas Hymn
What can I give Him, poor as I am?
If I were a shepherd, I would bring a lamb;
If I were a Wise Man, I would do my part;
Yet what I can I give Him: give my heart.
